Talks Excerpt 307. Swamiji: Sri Ramakrishna’s teaching is a living teaching, and he is teaching us that same teaching today.

From Mother Radha’s notes, written at Swamiji’s feet.
Manifest love. Always think, ‘Yes, I am all love. I am manifesting love all the time.’ Do not think of the negative side. When you manifest love you will become It.
We are in samadhi all the time, it is only a plane of Consciousness in which either the ego is retained, or the ego is partly retained, or the ego is gone.
You can only kill the ego through suffering.
Give the best to Him and keep the worst for yourself.
Worship all as your child.
Show that all your actions, your thoughts, words and deeds, are united. That is it.
Sri Ramakrishna is Lord Krishna, and Swami Vivekananda is Arjuna. Lord Krishna says in the Gita, ‘You and I have taken many births. I remember them all, but you do not, O Arjuna.’
Devotee: Have we been together before, Swamiji?
Sri Ramakrishna’s teaching is a living teaching, and he is teaching us that same teaching today.
Swamiji: Surely. We are all waves on the ocean, whether we are large or small makes no difference. Know that you are a wave too. Go back to the ocean of bliss. Worship the small as the small, but worship That, which is beyond, which is much greater, and is within you too. See everyone as perfect and loving. Have thoughts of worship and love. We must come back together.
Pray for all, end this, and come back too.
If you have any doubts, ask the guru.
Question: But Swamiji, am I not supposed to get my own answers intuitively?
Swamiji: Yes, intuitively or intellectually, but do not let it disturb you. It is better to ask.

These recordings or the excerpts from them, were made from the early 1970s onward, by Mother Radha, a close devotee of Swamiji’s and edited for uploading here by our gurubhai and her son, Brother Tim.
